After performing a calibration with several points, that includes the targets concentrations, is necessary to perform a verification of the curve??

In autocalibration, the instrument won’t accept if buffers are inaccurate.
Keep in mind the difference between adjustment and calibration.
GLP: Measure and record the pH of a fresh sample of the buffer closest to the
value expected of the sample/s under investigation.
