After the packaging operation, I left with 8 good tablets but I can blister 10 tablets as per as the features of that specific product,What has to be done in that case?
You may destroy the remaining tablets. And document this in the Batch Packing record. You should not mix these remaining good 8 tablets in the next batch.

It’s routine practice , you must destroy as per drug categary & record it in batch deconsilationSl As unpack SKUs does not having commercial value.
Eventhough you don’t licence to sale 8’s tablets in market. Immediately you plan to change IH batch packaging record to mention such packaging process & reconsilation…
