Is it possible that HPLC instrument pass in operational qualification (OQ) but fail in perfomance qualification (PQ)?
PQ means calibration fails. In this situation we raise incident and proceed further. For us the new instrument of dissolution same problem faced.

PQ means tests in routine work but OQ is done to ensure if the equipment operate consistently and dependably in specific limit
