Please investigate for the printing of faulty BMR, BPR documents to find out roor cause and take CAPA (Corrective & Preventive) actions. Record the investigation with CAPA actions.
Destroy faulty BMR, BPR documents as per internal SOP. Prepare new BMR, BPR documents, Verify with QA and issue to production in a controlled manner as per internal SOP.
