If any WFI sample pass in BET Test then is it required to perform MLT Test .if yes why?

BET and MLT are different tests and both are required.

@Ankur sir can we use sterile water instead of LAL reagent water for BET testing???

LAL water is highly purified and you can’t use distilled water instead of LAL water.

But sir lysate ampoule is also there so sterila water could be used as option???

WFI water contain 0.25ul/ ml but in LAL reagent it contain 0.001 endotoxin.

LAL reagent water has pH 6.0 to 8.0 …my query is…is it impacts the test.and WFI has the pH 5.0 to 7.0. plz describe regarding this one.
