Minimum quantity of count Fungi colony on Agar plate?

On 90mm petri plates, How much minimum colony can be counted for fungi in term of CFU/mL ?

Depent on media, if you used SDA counted maximum 40 at 3-4 day
And on SCDA counted upto 60

Maximum 40 but what about minimum???

minimum could be absent for product if u inoculate organism follow factor of 2

Dear Sir,
I have a product containing culture of fungi.
Product says there is a 1 x 10^9 cfu/GM fungi content.

I am serially diluted the samples and plates on different fungi suitable medium.
Like potato dextrose agar,Sabroud agar etc.

So how can I achieve 1 x 10^9 cfu/GM content.

In 10^-8 dilution I got how much minimum colony count than I considered as 1 x 10^9 cfu/GM?

For example after serial dilution You are getting colonies in 10^8=10
Then u can take that as 1 x 10^9

You can count colonies in dilutions which gives result less than 100 cfu.
Example you are getting colonies in dilution 10^7=70cfu
Then u can take that as 0.7 x 10^9
In microbiology exact result is not possible.
