1- Depending on the cubic root chamber of the room
2- chose the hardest point which hard clean i.e… corner of room
3- Read the chapter 1116 usp ( 1116 MICROBIOLOGICAL EVALUATION OF CLEAN ROOMS AND OTHER CONTROLLED ENVIRONMENTS)
