i m working in Production department in API.
we have going to face USFDA next month.
In our powder probessing area one wash area is there. In that wash area we arrange SS grill on floor.
so some auditor raised the question that how to dry that area which is under the grill. There is a chance of microbial groth because it is always wet area due to grill.
so, how can i solve it?
we always clean that area by removing that grill. But it may chance if any water line may leckage.
in my opinion 1. there may need some civil work for proper slope, so that water will easily drained.
2.Periodic and proper cleaning procedures or whenever required procedure to be followed.
3. drain point sanitation should be done as per SOP,
