Media fill video recording

Dear All,

How do you carry out media fill video recording for all interventions or just a fixed CCTV camera is enough!!
As per PDA/PICS guideline there should have recording.

I think it is not maindatory to recod the mediafill event.
It is a recommandation to find out the possible source of comtamination during filling process.
please check point no. 5.1.8 on page no. 7 of following document.

Thanks Sir, Video tape usually helps us while doing investigation in case of media failure.to have a review the media fill process.

it is not mandatory but it should be done for investigation and a good camera should be used for proper recording including all interventions covering all areas.
