Ideally worst case intervention refers to the challenges to be performed, ideally it is covered during end session of media fill.
These challenges should be the possible worst case may happen during regular production run.

All identified type of intervention to be performed / simulated during the media fill. There is no worst case intervention. You need to rate them based on the critical, major and minor impact on process and how difficult is it to perform. During qualification and familiarization process if you identify how often those interventions can occur , Based on that you need to simulate the interventions frequency. If you have the established process / data available then you can analyse that data and schedule the frequency.
