want to know about market complaint related to packaging like empty pocket,smudging print and hair in blisters.
for smuging print chk ur retained sample.excessive humidit my spread ink.or check from vendr side.
Hair may be human or shreded from blister machine brush.
If human air trained the workers for proper head covering.
For empty pockets challenge test and training of workers.

For Smudging ink- excessive ink dilution with thinner/solution before rubbing it with rubber stereo or ink cartridge problem in case of inkjet printing
For Hair- depends on location of hair, whether in core, coated tablet or in between tablet and PVC, for material handling from sfg to fg needs to be checked and gowning practices needs to be revised including mfg. and pkg depending upon area of generation
For Empty pocket, if tablet pop after camera inspection system during primary packaging stage and challenge test failire or rejection verification failure of the same may result in empty pocket.
For all above defects retained sample evaluation is essential
