In my case, we only produce excipients so I do not have access to the largest normal daily dose for my products.
Can I modulate the MACO formula by :
MACO = (NOEL(B) x MBS(A)) / (SF x LD50(A))
Is it correct if I use this formula?
Do you have any other alternatives?
