What is the reason behind that if the machine break or stops for some time we must perform the challenge test before we proceed to run a batch??

This is just to ensure that after a break or repair of the machine after breakdown it works as expected or it gives sam quality and quantity output as original. Therefore, the machine is recalibrated or requalified after repairs.
