How to decided Autoclave load pattern.

What kind of autoclave are you referring to? What kind of items do you intend to sterilize?
Load patterns should be defined in a way that allows or facilitates heat penetration to the items being sterilized.
If you have a steam sterilizer, some recomendations can be:
- The load should not be on direct contact with the surface of the chamber
- The load pattern should not make it difficult to remove condensates
- It should facilitate heat penetration by not obstructing steam penetration or air removal
