What is a LAF sterility test ?
what is frequency for LAF sterility ?

Its sterility testing carried out under LAF (Laminar Air Flow).

I am afraid if you mean different LAF, please suggest.

It is different from sterility test.
When we are analyse (MLT or Sterility test or other microbial test) in LAF, that time we expose the SCDA in LAF during analysis and then incubate in incubator.
