please i would like to know ,what specification iso propyl alcohol required in pharma industry as solvent

Here is a specification of Isopropyl Alcohol as per pharmacopoeial monographs.

Above specification of Isopropyl Alcohol should be verified against monographs in the current versions of individual pharmacopoeias - USP/EP/BP/JP

Here is a Isopropyl Alcohol specification as per IP. Please check the specification as per current edition of Indian Pharmacopoeia (IP).
