I suggest you please refer Manufacturer’s operating and maintenance manual. Also, you can directly contact the blister machine manufacturer or their service engineer. It is always preferred to make an annual service contract with the machine manufacturer for preventive maintenance.

Based on the above you will have to write an internal SOP on Planned preventive maintenance (PPM) with specific frequencies of all major equipment and machines in your company. And you will have to maintain the necessary records of PPM. This is a GMP requirement.
