Which type of question the interviewer asked from tablet manufacturing, (Granulation) production candidet?

Respected sir,
This is up to my knowledge and questions that can be asked to a candidate regarding production;

  1. Purpose of granulation of API, types of granulation?
  2. About need of RT&RH in granulation and compression room?
  3. u can ask them with defects of tablet and how to overcome it?
  4. Need of size of granules in case of bulk and small amount of API
    for eg Para was used as bulk API about 650 mg with CPM 5 mg a small amount API. In this case both API cant be granulated in to granules with same particle size, like this u can ask.
  5. Evaluation test for tablets and their need?
  6. what may be the need of coating a tablet?
