FAT document should be separate from SAT.
SAT can be based on FAT with additional information/tests
SAT can be split in to OQ and IQ

FAT should be performed in advance before delivering the machine to the customer site. Then the SAT will be peformed. The IQ included FAT and SAT . You can take the result from SAT to be a part of the OQ
