How to perform installation qualification of a equipment which has been already fixed before, somehow the qualification was not done!!
Please provide step by step action plan.
Installation Qualification is the verification of the parts and components of the equipment along with some provision was asked in the User Requirement Specification.
If it is already fixed, Vendor has their protocol for the installation of the equipment, We also refer as a Site Acceptance Test.

normally in this case, we can use the Manufaturer FAT and SAT already made before, accompany with electrical drawing + electrical equipment list provided from the manufaturer for cross-check. Normally, in such a case, the equipment is simple so there are no many thing to check. or all the thing already built on a board, so when there are something wrong we need to buy another board.
