During the inprocess analysis by TLC of X Intermediate product of 1,2,3,4%w/w linearity concentrations analyst missed the concentration 1% to put the spot, the test had approved and intermediate batch also completed while in final review it was identified how it can be addressed?
Consider it as incidence, document it and reanalyze the sample properly.
