I would like to know how to carry out the leak test on the sealed bottles ( using induction sealing system).
is it correct to do it using vacuum.? or not to use the vacuum ? what is the characters of the good seal?

I have’nt enough information on this subject but i would recommend 1207 numbered monograph in USP.
1207 package integrity evaluation monograph is published in USP 39 NF 34 1S.

Vacuum is required for leak test of induction sealed bottle.With out vacuum you cannot perform leak test.
leak test can be done with empty or filled bottle by applying 8 inches Hg(203mm Hg) for 2 min in dry desiccator.
If pillowing in seal formed, then it pass leak test.
