Incubation temperature for fungal and bacteria

After performing the EM we do keep the SCDA plates in the incubator, 1St we keep at 20-25 degree Celsius and after 3 days in to 30-35 degree Celsius for 2 days .

  1. What is the main reason for changing the temperatures?
  2. Why 20-25 degree Celsius for Fungal? And what will happen to the fungal if it kept at 30-35 degrees Celsius ?
  3. Why we have to keep at 30-35 degree Celsius for bacteria and what’s the reason ?
