What will be the frequency of In process test as per guideline (1hr interval/2hr interval or start-middle-end) ?. Also is it necessary to perform the test by both QA & production ? For example, during compression is it necessary to check all the in process parameters (wt variation, hardness, DT, friability) both from QA & production. Or it is solely responsibility of QA.
