We validated a solution and delivered to a client and after the validation, client asked me for a small change which is related to customization but their is no impact on the existed functionality and he suggested me to impact assessment document by providing a justification without going to Addendum qualification, So kindly provide me solution to overcome this problem, please provide me a template for impact assessment.
