As for all polyamide based compounds, moisture absorption is a key parameter to be considered in polymeric material selection in the design process of final parts. When polyamides are exposed to humidity/water, different effects can occur. First
result of the moisture absorption on polyamide is a dimensional change because of swelling processes.

The grade of crystallinity is an important parameter to be considered in the evaluation of absorption capacity of plastics: the extent of moisture absorption is closely related to crystallinity. a filled polyamide will absorb less moisture than the unfilled one and the amount of this variation is proportionally to the content of glass filler.

RH should not be more than 30% in case of dry injection. in some hygroscopic product <18 % RH is required.

Sir We installed 13 AHUs in our plant. AHU 13 is covered passage area and AHU 6 and 7 Covered mfg areas. If AHU 13 is not running condition than is it affect on Temp. and Humidity of AHU 6 and 7 areas ?

It will not affect the temperature and humidity of manufacturing area.

In above case , what will be effect on differential pressure of manufacturing room? it will increase or decrease?

Actual our creator said if you want actual temp and humidity in respective areas like AHU 6 areas, AHU 7 areas than we have to start and run all 13 AHUs otherwise it will not maintain in all areas.

My question is that is it necessary to start and run all AHUs for maintaining Temp and Humidity of any area of any one AHU ? If any one AHU is under maintenance and it is off line than due to that other’s areas of other AHU are affected for Temp and Humidity ?

No it is not req to run all AHUs.
once we had a same problem AHU of coridor was out of order but temp humidity n diff pressire of Granulation area were within range.

if req temp n humidity are not maintained then relace bag filters and Hepa filters these may be chocked.
Recently our AHU was fully functional but temp n humidity were not controlled.by just replacing filters every thing is ok
