Good morning sir,
I am doing method validation for hplc by for caffiene , I want some reference material for the use of moblile phase (Methanol:Water 70:30). I have also used the same mobile phase but i do not have any reference literature. I am working for a Central Govt. Laboratory.I will be very thankful .
