I need an advice about the HEPT evaluation in HPLC as GMP compliance. If my HEPT results are out of limits at first measure, Can I consider to evaluate another attempt and accept the second results, if it is in limits? In that case, is this procedure in GMP compliance? Maybe it could be better to reprepare the column? Thank you very much
