Wet Granulation (RMG)
- Pre-binder addition mix time
Blend uniformity Flow, Moisture

addition Granule size and
distribution Granule strength and
uniformity Solid form - Impeller speed and ON time
- Chopper speed and ON time
- Binder fluid temperature
- Binder addition rate and time
- Post-granulation mix time
Spray Granulation (FBE)
- Spray nozzle type and location
Blend uniformity Flow Moisture
content Particle size and distribution
addition Granule size and
distribution Granule strength and
uniformity Solid form, Moisture
content, Residual solvents - Binder addition rate and time
- Bowel temperature
- Fluid bed granulations Mixing time
Spray nozzle (type/quantity/
pattern/configuration) - Binder fluid temperature
- Inlet air flow rate, volume,
temperature, and dew point - Exhaust air temperature,
- Shaking intervals
- Product temperature

Dear sir if chhoper speed and binder quality is more means what will be happend.
if chopper speed is very high a good quality grain will not b produced extra high speed break the grain n more fine will produced after drying.
After drying, if I find granules very hard n compact that means DT will be higher. Is there any technique to solve it?
may use lower level mesh if flow is not affected during compression
