Good day. Please tell me how to check the cleaning of glassware after washing using a chromic acid mixture?

Concern,

When we preform the glassware cleaning validation follow the below,

  1. Glassware cleaning validation is Product specific.
  2. Select your product.
  3. Prepare the standard 10 ppm and inject in product HPLC method.
  4. Prepared the solution 1mg/ml your product/standard.
  5. Then rinse all your glassware with 1mg/ml solution.
  6. Then wash your glassware as per your glassware cleaning procedure.
  7. Finally rinse the glassware with methanol. And collect the methanol for test solution.
  8. Rinsed methanol should be inject in product HPLC Method.
  9. Specification: Product should not be present in rinsed sample solution.
