Sir if mc-20 growth medium is not available. Can we use NB for validation of fumigation?

I have not checked it, you can NB for growth.
Simply add strips to NB and incubate at 55 deg C. And check if it grows then you can use NB but keep data as a validation report because it is not recommended by the manufacturer.
