Dear All,

Could you please tell how much concentration of H2O2 shall be used for fumigation of sterile filling area (In general 9 rooms) using ULV fogger?

  1. In general how many ULV fogger to be used?
  2. Is the combination of other material is also required or alone is enough?
  3. What is permitted limit PDE/ OEL/ ADE to the personnel working in sterile department?
  4. How much is ideal hold time/ contact time and degassing time for fumes of H202?
  5. What should be the humidity of room required to do fumigation?
  6. How to make trails?
