By what relation, we decide the specific time period for fumigating the particular area in clean room by fogger?

  1. Check for the recommendation by supplier
  2. Check concentration and area of fumigation
  3. Contact or exposure time to be calculated based upon log reduction of exposed strips.
  4. Use hit and trail method.
  5. Conduct study in seasonal basis.

Fogging in aseptic pharmaceutical production areas is not recommended
