Frequency of microbiological test in stability study of tablets

when we start stability study of tablets and perform analysis at each interval of withdrawn sample. can we perform microbiological test on initial and at the end of the shelf life and do only chemical test at rest of the interval?

Better follow the Stability programme as per approved protocol,SOP,guideline and company policy.
