What is the frequency to clean the below mentioned filters …

  1. All AHUs, Ventilations, Exhausts, Dynamic pass boxes filters, corridors, Quarantines,
    Primary and secondary packing areas, Liquid areas and Microbiology section return Filters,
  2. Dispensing, Sampling areas, FBD Ventilation, Filter cleaning and Drying booth, Micro LAF,
    apsule section, inspection, de-dusting area return filters
  3. Granulation-1,2, compression-1,2, coating, blending areas, Sampling and dispensing
    booth -1,2 LAF filters
  4. Granulation-1,2, compression-1,2, coating, blending areas, Sampling and dispensing
    booth -1,2 LAF filters

Only for OSD
all area of manufacturing section filter is required to end of shift
LAF filter cleaning done every month
Dispensing area RLAF filter every batch to dispensing done then required to filter clean
Technical floor area AHU from engineering Pre filter 10 micron filter- Every week
Fine filter 5 micron- Every month
HEPA filter 0.3 micron- NA ( Only replacement )
