If in any case electrode Of ph meter is broken but ph is getting checked daily from quality control department then is it necessary to maintain the logcard of the phmeter daily.if so then in which guideline it is mentioned?
If pH meter of production area is not working ,raise the unplanned deviation. You can mention the pH reading in production record but you have to mention deviation number in remark column of pH meter log record.
