Existing Cephalosporin facility for manufacturing other types of normal product (e.g. Tablets, liquids)

Hello Everyone,
good day to you.
please help me regarding below issue.

"Can we use existing Cephalosporin facility for manufacturing other types of normal product (e.g. Tablets, liquids).

As we know Penicillin facility to be destroyed if production is discontinued. Further manufacturing of other normal product cannot be done to avoid cross contamination.

Is there any such rule present in Cephalosporin also. Any reference will be very helpful.

You can use the facility after fully decontaminating it
