Please give some examples for Quality impact incidents and No-quality impact incidents in QC.
Incident means non conformance occurred without impacting the quality of products/results…
Ex: Typographical error like batch number wrong entry in inward register / during analysis in instrument.
If it impact on the quality of the product, it will be deviation.
