For elmech few model of blistering machine are working on the basic principle of flat forming flat sealing and few model work on flat forming rotary sealing.

If positive pressure occurs in leakage vial so how methylene blue enter into vials
Vacuum can be created inside water?if vials dipped in water.

When we create vacuum air inside crack vials remove outside and negative pressure develop inside vial.as we release vacuum outside pressure will be higher than inside vial so water enter into vial.
