can you provide me the responsibilities for project & development engineer in pharma industry for mechanical engineer

- Responsible for preventive maintenance of plant equipment must be done as per the predefined schedules.
- Co-ordinate to outside agency for validation, equipment calibration, temperature mapping, Air and Nitrogen Testing from outside vendor
- Prepare PO, Quotation and billing work for outside agency and follow up.
- Inventory control and co-ordinate to purchase department.
- To review and prepared of CAPA, Change control, Incident handling, Deviation management, Qualification of equipment, SOP to be revised or preparation, URS preparation of engineering equipment.
- Exposure of engineering equipment like Boiler, Water system, HVAC system, Chiller Plant.
- To understand P&ID diagram, making and understanding the isometric and 2D drawing.
- Man power control & work distribution.
- Check daily working report of all staff & integrating report submit to Maintenance incharge on daily basis.
