EU guideline stipulates that effectiveness assessment should be conducted by change control system.
However, it is difficult for us to decide which conditions require effectiveness assessment in change control. In other words, we are having difficulties in establishing objective standards for effectiveness assessment.
It would be helpful for us if you could comment on effectiveness assessment.
