Could you please provide, how I can conduct eBeam Sterilization dose mapping study in my Powder material in medium size polybag?

How many dose mapping need to be done.
How to put dosimeter AA beads in Powder?

I understand the mapping structure…is this applicable for powder material ?as the powder has no definite shape and orientation. we are keeping dispensed qty. (2.5kg) of powder material in polybag and placing in shipper/outer case and sending for e beam irradiation for sterilisation process…

The service provider just make dosing of 25kGy and return back the material.

How i can make mapping in this, is the alanine dosimeter can be put inside the material or how…

Is it appropriate to do dose mapping for powders(API), Media TSB powders, is it recommended or justifyable with vD max 25kGy.& No definite shape
