I have a question about which could be the necessary steps of revalidation for a change in a PW distribution system. The system is subjected to layout change consist in sample piont valve and relative tubes. Can I validate my new system just with IOQ and PQ or it could be better to consider also a new DQ step?

Hi, I would definitely recommend a DQ. Challenge the updated design before it is done in real life. This might save you some serious issues (not to mention costs) should the updated design prove to be faulty.
