Need to know what are the documents required for A H U replacement.

It is as good as commissioning of new AHU system. So same IQ, OQ, PQ documents are required as new installation. Additionally, there should be Change control proposal approved by the QA along with Risk Assessment would be required.

Exactly, Also decommissioning report of the previous AHU.

What are the aspects to be covered in risk assessment?

And what is the studies will be covered in PQ.
