Hi if the dissolution value changed from 99% at the initial time point to 77% at 36 M what can we do?
Perhaps the processes of degradation of the analyte are observed here. May be an error in the preparation of the test solution.

The USP general chapter <711> Dissolution has a section entitled “For Dosage Forms Containing or Coated with Gelatin” that describes how to prepare several dissolution media containing enzymes for different pH ranges.
The revision to the USP general chapter <711> Dissolution concerning the use of enzymes in the dissolution medium to be used when there is evidence of cross-linking in the gelatin capsules or gelatin coating, if this is the case.
