Shall we proceed dispensing in sampling area what are the adverse effcts
Sampling area should be controlled & classified . Ensure cleanness of the area. Need pre approval (Deviation) and proper risk assessment should be available if not mention in sop.
sampling area is controlled room and there should be provision of minimizing any cross contamination. sanitation should be done regularly in order to kept it clean.
Sampling area is segregated area for taking sample of non- approved APIs, Raw materials. and it is only for dispensing small quantity of sample for analysis, as in dispensing there required quite big space as well as weighing balance. so it is practically not safe and easy to dispense on sampling room.
