Discolouration of tablets containing Paracetamol and Codeine Phosphate as APIs

Hi all

I recently joined a company in the R and D, we are facing a challenge where the tablets that have Paracetamol and Codeine Phosphate as APIs among others are discolouring after exactly 14 months in the market. We haven’t changed the raw material suppliers and the process from 2005. What could be the problem?
