Differential Pressure

What is the Calibration acceptance criteria of Differential Pressure Measuring device with standard…

According to the acceptance criteria, initially vendor can provide the calibration certificate, based on the reference accuracy of the instrument calibration acceptance criteria shall be defined

for example the Accuracy of the instrument is +/- 1% w r t the Range (-10 to 10 mmWc) of the instrument it can be calculated (20*0.01)= +/- 0.2 mmWc.

Hello Maganti,
Can you please explain from where you get the figures of 20 and 0.01 in your calculation formula? What are these values?

I think the 20mm value comes from the difference between maximum and minimum the magnehelic gauge can read, and the 0.01 is the 1% accuracy rate. So if you multiply them you get how far accurate your readings are. If you get a Pressure difference of 10mm the real value would vary between 9.8 and 10.2 mm (which is almost 10mm).

Differential pressure is essentially the difference in pressure between two given points . It is a type of pressure measured within different industries using differential pressure sensors. There are 3 common types of pressure; · Differential Pressure. · Gauge Pressure.
