Differences between URS and RTM

Hi all, I am new to the forum as well as to this validation field. So, I would like to understand more about the differences between URS and Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM).
Thanks a lot for your help.

The URS or user requirements specification is a document detailing all requirements the user sets on the equipment. This document is drafted preferably prior to purchase or in any case prior to qualification.
After qualification, the RTM is drafted to generate an overview of which urs requirement is tested and documented in which document.
An RTM is usually drafted for more complex equipment where the testing of urs requirements may be spread over commissioning/IQ/OQ and PQ phase, making it very difficult to find the results in case of audit etc. It usually is a matrix showing all URS requirements vs document sections that contain the results.
