What is procedure of destruction of waste solid material like rejected tablets etc and rej blisters,cartons etc?
1.Dissolve the tablet in water ,add neutralizing agent and drain it.
2.torn the rejected carton and collect in black poly bag and affix rejection status label .Send to scrap yard.
3.remove the tablet from blister,collect the rejected blister in poly bag, affix the status label ,send to scrap yard.

For destruction of rejected tabs and waste powder WDN is prepared and sent to scrap yard then destroyed by incineration on specific place mostly by thirdparty in the presence of QA representative.
Same way rejected blisters n cartons are shereded by shereder then destroyed as mentioned above.WDN record is maintained.
